How do I create my announcement list?
Cliquez sur "Je crée ma liste" sur la page d'accueil, remplissez les informations demandées et validez. Vous recevrez immédiatement un lien unique à partager avec vos invités.
Is my data secure?
Yes, all data is stored securely. Your passwords are hashed with the PBKDF2 algorithm, and access to your list requires a unique link with UUID.
How many addresses can I collect?
Each list can collect up to 1500 addresses.
How do I export my addresses?
From your administrator dashboard, you can export your addresses in CSV or Excel format by clicking on the export buttons.
Can I customize my collection page?
Yes! You can choose the title, add a custom message, select the background color and decide if you want to collect emails in addition to postal addresses.
Is the application free?
Yes, Annuntio is completely free.
Who can access my address list?
Only you! Your list is protected by two layers of security:
- An unpredictable unique link : Uses a randomly generated UUIDv4 identifier (128 bits). The probability that someone guesses your link is 1 in 340,282,366,920,938,463,463,374,607,431,768,211,456 (340 undecillion), which is practically impossible.
- Your password : Even with the link, access requires your password.
💡 Tip: Never share your admin link, only the collection link with your guests.
Is the collection link I share secure?
Yes, completely! The collection link also uses a unique and unpredictable UUIDv4 identifier.
Why it's safe:
- Each list has a unique 128-bit randomly generated identifier
- There are more possible identifiers (340 undecillion) than atoms in the observable universe
- No one can 'stumble upon' your list by trying random links
- The collection link only allows adding an address, not viewing them
📊 For reference: Even testing 1 billion links per second, it would take more than 10 billion years to have a chance of finding your link.
Why is this site free and ad-free?
Annuntio is a personal project born from a real need.
As a young father of a first child working in IT, existing solutions for managing announcements didn't suit me: impractical shared Google Sheets, commercial sites with ads or expensive subscriptions...
A few sleepless nights spent bottle-feeding, an unused server, and the desire to simplify this administrative task gave me the idea to create Annuntio.
Originally designed for birth announcements, the site can also be used for weddings, baptisms, or any other event requiring address collection.
- No marketing costs or commercial structure
- Hosted on a personal server that was already running
- Developed in my free time out of passion
- The goal is to help, not to monetize

What if I forgot my password?
For security reasons, we do not store passwords in plain text. If you forget it, you will need to create a new list.
